Is Women’s Teva Dozer considered sandals, hiking shoes or could they be used for running?

Check out www.teva.com, then click for “Women” and then for “Running.” People who worked at a local Sporting Goods called it “Sandals,” but to me, they looked like shoes. I wondered if the item could be used for running?
This is a msgs to MrsDebra1966: Even though they for hiking – I guess they aren’t good for running? What do you think?
