Suede Sandals Cleaner

How I can clean a suede shoe or synthetic chamois my sandals?
Inside suede sandals always dirty. Can washing in a bag of clothes in the washing machine or do you have other suggestions? A suede brush is not enough.
I have not tried the washing machine, but I do my own fine using an old toothbrush soil slowly. The thuing is that you should do immediately after the port and not wait days for cleaning. Hope this helps.
