Where can I get low rise, converse sequin chuck taylors?

I would like low rise, converse chuck taylors.
preferably a color that isn’t black, white or silver. Maybe a bright color! ie, magenta, red or blue. I want to get them online or in stores, it really doesn’t matter. Also, they need to be inexpensive. size is 7 to 7 and 1/2.
