Can gay couples stay at Sandals resorts?
My wife and I are going to Jamaica on holiday this year and my Brother and his boyfriend would like to come with us, We were thinking of staying in a Sandals resort. Would they feel comfortable there or would they even be accepted at the resort.
Gay people never used to be allowed.
The booking conditions used to be something like “mixed sex couples only”
But because of the change to law in the UK, it could be that they have been forced to change as you can no longer withhold goods or services on the basis of sexual orientation.
Probably best either reading the small print in the brochure, or simply asking the travel company you’re booking with
