Where is the best place to go in the Caribbean for late December/early January honeymoon?

We are looking for somewhere to stay in the Caribbean from Dec. 30th-January 6th. We have looked at St. Lucia and really like it, but are wondering if you have any other suggestions. Does anyone know anything about the Sandals Grande in St. Lucia? We are wanting an all-inclusive resort with really nice rooms, a nice beach, nice pools, and great food. Thanks for your help!
Those who have stayed at the Sandals in St. Lucia before – would you recommend the Grande or the Regency?
As for what we are wanting to do – we are really just wanting to relax on the beach, hang out in the pool, do some snorkeling, watersports, etc. If you have any suggestions of things to do or see while there, let me know. Thanks!
Based on answers and recommendations, I am torn between St. Lucia and Antigua!! Where would you all recommend for my honeymoon?

Wherever you are looking at, check out www.tripadvisor.com. That could make or break a place, we use that site and the reviews quite often. I love Aruba! Was there a few years ago and cannot wait to go back. Very small island, nice people and you can tour it easily on your own.
Have also been to Jamaica, Ocho Rios last year. Stayed at the Royal Plantation. An all-inclusive, total pamper yourself place. That place is highly rated. You must be careful about the Sandals and places like that, some of them are so large that it is hard to get personalized service. We looked into many of those before we decided on Royal Plantation.
