Sandals Aruba Jamaica

We are searching for a honeymoon destination in the Caribbean.?

These are our criteria:
1. Not a large chain (no Beaches, Sandals, Breezes, etc).
2. Beachfront property. We would like to be able to walk straight out of our room onto the sand.
3. Newer or remodeled property (no rust, cracks in the walls).
4. More adult than children oriented
5. All inclusive is a plus
6. Close to other restaurants or local shopping areas

Some of the Islands that we are considering the most are Jamaica, Curacao, St Lucia, and Aruba.
