How to clean patten leather sandals?

I have white patten leather sandals that are only about a year old, but they’re already staring to look worn and dirty. I have tried scrubbing them and cleaning them, but I just can’t seem to get the dirt out of the white thread stitching.

nail varnish remover usually gets out marks on patent leather, if its just the stitching though you could try scrubbing them with some fairy liquid, letting them dry and if there still dirty run a trainer whitener over them and remove the residue, it should whiten them right up x
