My first view of the cosmopolitan city of Santiago was flying over the snowy Andes Chilean side. On arrival, one thing that struck me about the capital was incredibly green and lush it is, with its beautiful purple flowers in abundance Jacarandas and parks. Step Next was the heat! I packed winter clothes trekking on glaciers in mind, so my first sentence was to buy sandals!

Arriving in the spring, Chile saw its best. Given that it is raining in Chile Lake District over the years, I felt incredibly privileged to witness the beautiful Osorno volcano in its true glory. On the road to Lago de Todos los Santos, visited Petrohué Falls, with its turquoise waters crashing through narrow gorges. Endgame crossing the lake through the Andes was almost strange to return to the bohemian town of Puerto Varas beautiful.

At this meeting the owner of the picturesque cottage Quincho I have been invited to a meeting Chilean rodeo riders exclusively local. To my disbelief, I had the opportunity to attend a traditional pastime memorable.

From there, I visited the North Branch and Fathom Upsala past icebergs, only recently separated from the front of the glacier and spent a rainbow that seemed to end in the lake. Arriving at Estancia Cristina, I embarked on a 4WD trip through beech forest to one of the most beautiful I've ever laid eyes on. Three glaciers combined into one, a fluorescent turquoise lake to the melting of glaciers mixing water with sediment. To make matters worse, as I stood there with my pumpkin soup, a condor flies to complete the setting.
