Where I can find shoes for my wedding?

I have a wedding on the beach and barefoot for the ceremony. I have to wear shoes for the reception on the cover. My dress has a hemline hankerchef and ends at the shins. I want to wear some kind of flip-flops or sandals, but most of those I saw so far they are cheap and the pursuit of cheese. So I can not do anything with a strong inclination. My boyfriend is 5'5 and I'm 5'9. My dress is white. Its An Alfred Angelo 1235. I want to spend $ 100.
